Martin joined the business in 1991 as Commercial Manager and was promoted to the position of Commercial Director in 1994. He has overall responsibility for all commercial activity within the business but also has major input into the operational side and site activities. Martin’s wealth of experience means that he will often value engineer schemes during the tender period, ensuring that the commercial and buildability advantages are recognised and understood by the client.
