Construction of waterproof basement and seven storey reinforced concrete frame to form new hotel and student accommodation. Works include excavation; capping beam; pile caps; ground beams; reinforced concrete slabs, walls, columns and cores; pre- cast stairs and twin wall system; waterproofing to basement; beam and block floors installation; ground floor screeds; drainage; services; external works including footpaths, pavings and street furniture.
