Greenwich University Architectural Library

New campus library and facilities for teaching and research in architecture, design, construction and other
academic areas at Stockwell Street.

Four-storey 15,500 sq m new building for the University.  It will include a library, lecture theatres, seminar spaces and digital studios as well as TV production studios, editing suites, a model making workshop and animation studios.  A gallery, cafe and retail space will be open to the community at ground floor level.

Our works package includes substructure, excavation, pile caps, tower crane bases, below ground drainage, sprayed concrete lining walls to contiguous pile wall, basement waterproofing and block work protective walls, granular backfill to external areas, RC retaining walls, core walls, columns and suspended slabs all with special board layout and formwork finishes, installation of hollow section metal columns, structural screeds, and installation of pre-cast stairs.
