Essex Brewery, Walthamstow

The former Essex Brewery in Walthamstow will be developed by Crest Nicholson London into apartments. Foundation Developments Ltd will be carrying out full substructure works including pile foundations, drainage and external works. FDL will also be completing the RC concrete frame for 2 blocks.
