Centenary Quay, Victoria Road, Woolston

Centenary Quay was a new regeneration project in Woolston, Southampton consisting of both commercial and residential properties. Our scope of works for this design and build contract included bulk excavation, piling, 12,000m2 underground car parks over two levels, podium transfer slab with 4 RC residential frames. We also carried out the infrastructure, roads and drainage works. One of the key challenges we faced on this project was the coordination of our novated design team and constructing the project adjacent to the Woolston Estuary and the prevailing weather condition of the Solent.
