9 Millbank is a residential development right in the heart of London, on the river bank of the Thames. Our works package for this development will include the construction of a double basement off an existing basement slab which includes a podium deck and 10 storey PT slabs. FDL are also carrying out the structural steel & concrete works to the adjacent listed building (cut & curve).
