These 25 storey high rise luxury apartments with their striking design, will become a focal point within central Croydon
Our works package included the formation of a reinforced concrete basement, including a continuous sheet piled retaining wall with ground anchors, and the design and installation of the piling works.
The reinforced concrete superstructure was constructed to a height of 25 storeys using high tech climbing falsework systems and safety screens associated with this high altitude form of construction
A key challenge of this scheme was to deliver the project whilst considering the guests at the neighbouring Croydon Park Hotel, and also the visitors to the adjacent Croydon Crown Court
