The construction of a 25 storey residential building. The works included the formation of a reinforced concrete basement, including a continuous sheet piled retaining wall with ground anchors and management of the structural piling package.
The reinforced concrete superstructure was constructed to a height of 25-storeys using high tech climbing falsework systems and safety screens associated with this high altitude form of construction. We were achieving a 1 week turnaround per floor for the tower.
