The 62-acre development on the site of an old treatment works was landscaped into a parkland with a mix of houses, apartments, cycle stores and a community centre. Our initial works included:
- 412m of drainage with associated manholes, interceptors,
hydrobrakes and storm tanks
- 47 domestic units up to beam and block floor level
- 9000m2 of infrastructure carriageways
- Landscaping
- External works
Due to our performance on the above we have negotiated a further 52 units with all associates works, with further works in the pipeline.
